Just a small update on Supun, the boy from Thal Aramba. This is a picture of Doug handing over the first monthly installment to Nimal, the person with whom Supun is staying. He is handing over 1500 Sri Lankan rupees (approx. £8). This was on the 11th Feb. The agreement is that we shall hand over 1500 rupees on the first day of every month, providing Supun is attending school regularly. We are in touch with his headmaster in order to administer this.

We also wanted to make it clear that the money to cover this is just a small part of the money we have already raised. Some of you have kindly offered more money for this project, but it is not needed. Back at the beginning of Febuary we allocated enough funds from the money raised at that stage, in order to cover the years of his schooling.
